User Flow Analysis by Heap
By Heap
Heap automatically captures every user behavior across websites and applications - clicks, taps, gestures, form submissions, page views, field changes etc. - and allows you to enrich your data with custom APIs and 3rd-party integrations (e.g. Shopify, Salesforce). Have you ever wanted to understand the common paths your users take to a conversion goal (e.g. order purchase, free trial sign up etc.)? This block will help you visualize and measure the ways users move across your website or application to or from a specific action.
